PO 10-20mg 4very 4 hours or 30mg every 6-8 hours, not to exceed 120mg
daily; PO EXT REL liquid capsule 60mg twice daily, not to exceed 120mg
daily

Child:
PO age 6-12 years 5-10mg every 4 hours, not to exceed 60mg daily; age
2-6 years 2.5-5mg every 4 hours, not to exceed 30mg daily; EXT REL
liquid capsule age 6-12 years 30mg twice daily, not to exceed 60mg
daily; age 2-5 years 15mg twice daily, not to exceed 30mg daily
